Plan intimacy with better information

01

Use shared dates

Enter period days with your partner’s agreement. The model highlights estimated cycle phases, not measured hormone levels.

02

Read the uncertainty

Hover or hold a date for context. Ovulation can move, and sperm can survive for days; lower does not mean zero.

03

Agree on protection

Discuss contraception and condoms together. A calendar cannot replace a reliable pregnancy-prevention plan or ongoing consent.

Who made this?

I was tired of having something as simple as tracking my cycle used to target me with ads for period underwear, fast food, or makeup. I wanted to understand my body and what it needs without advertisers exploiting that information. That’s why I built this site.

Withdrawal and so-called safe days

When is it safe to pull out?

There is no calendar date that guarantees withdrawal will prevent pregnancy. Period predictions cannot confirm ovulation, and withdrawal itself can fail. Use contraception if avoiding pregnancy matters to you.

Is sex during a period pregnancy-proof?

No. Shorter or shifting cycles and sperm survival can allow pregnancy from sex during bleeding. Bleeding is not proof of a safe day.

Is this a fertility-awareness contraceptive method?

No. Fertility-awareness methods require specific instruction and monitoring, such as temperature and cervical mucus. This app only models period dates and must not be used as contraception.
