A little prep before you go

01

Log recent periods

Mark past bleeding days. Several periods help personalize the estimate; future calendar dates are predictions, not entries.

02

Browse your travel dates

Move the calendar to your trip and check predicted bleeding. Hover or hold a date for details; the cycle summary stays on today.

03

Prepare and save your link

Pack supplies and leave a few flexible days. Save the private link, or add a period reminder using the calendar options.

Your data stays in the link.

periods.day has no accounts, cookies, analytics, or saved cycle data. Your entries live only in the link.

Anyone with the full link can see your entries. Share the link only with people you trust.

Who made this?

I was tired of having something as simple as tracking my cycle used to target me with ads for period underwear, fast food, or makeup. I wanted to understand my body and what it needs without advertisers exploiting that information. That’s why I built this site.

Periods, trips and weekends away

Can I tell if my period will overlap my holiday?

You can see a possible overlap between your travel dates and predicted bleeding. It is not a guarantee: cycle length varies, and estimates further into the future are less dependable.

What if my cycles are irregular?

A recent average may hide a wide range of cycle lengths. Keep a larger buffer, pack supplies and avoid booking around one exact date. Seek medical advice if you are concerned about changes.

Can this app delay my period for a trip?

No. The app only estimates timing. If you want to discuss delaying a period, consult a qualified healthcare professional beforehand; suitable options depend on your medical history.
